Coupon Restrictions
Coupon valid for a single transaction in store or online. To shop online, enter the online promo code at checkout. This code is valid for a single transaction online (excluding tax and shipping). Limit one discount per household.
Must surrender original coupon at time of purchase. Offer is non-transferable and may not be applied to prior purchases, combined with any other offer or discount, redeemed by employees or applied to gift card purchases, tax or shipping charges.
Coupon not valid on electronics items or laptops. If item is returned or exchanged, you will be refunded (in the case of a return) or credited (in the case of an exchange) the price paid after discount (prorated per item based on price) and prorated discount amount will be void. All refunds are in the form of the initial payment.
Shipping Policies
Phoenix Store offers the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are packed to ensure the safety of your items.
On average, your order will be received in 4-7 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.
You may elect to pick up your order at the store or have us ship direct to you. Shipping is $8.99 for USPS Ground Advantage or $12.99 for UPS Ground.

Product Returns
Technology and Course Packets
Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be returned. Items follow the same return period as textbooks and must have receipt.
Calculators and Electronics
30 Days with original, unopened packaging along with receipt. 14 Days for opened, factory defective products with receipt.
Clothing and Gift Items
90 Days for refund or exchange. Must have receipt and tags for refund. Size exchanges can be accepted without receipt.
